Terms, Conditions, and Policies

Warranties And Returns:

Every product that we offer is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty detail of each product are available upon request. the manufacturer's warranty cover repair or replacement of defective parts and is subject to the conditions set forth. TXSPC dose not cover any product beyond the manufacturer's warranty. TXSPC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage to persons, property or other loss or injury resulting from a defect or improper use or installation.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days. Before you return any products to TXSPC you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from TXSPC secretary Craig Overmiller. All returns are subject to approval.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of goods and their packaging material. All normally stocked products that are returned UN-USED and were not shipped in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom or special order products may have a higher restocking fee. The return of custom or special order products is subject to approval.

The return of any defective parts for warranty must be accompanied by the purchaser's original receipt. No return for warranty will be processed without a proof of purchase. TXSPC reserves the right to bill customer for costs associated with handling and testing retuned units found to be in good working condition.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number

For a Return Merchandise Authorization Number please contact the TXSPC secretary Craig Overmiller at (866) 459-9494. All returns require an authorization umber. Please not that receiving a RMAN dose not guarantee final disposition. All Merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be in original factory condition including all packing material, inserts, and manuals. You will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered or missing hardware, accessories and manuals.

Shipping And Delivery

All orders are processed upon receipt. However, actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. We can ship the products directly to you or we can have them shipped to our office and you can come and pick it up. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to reach you my phone, fax, e-mail. If the delay if due to backorder you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel you order and you pre-paid by check or money order, we will be happy to send you a refund within 10-14 days of cancellation.

Shipping Damage And / Or Shortage

In the event of a shortage or material or damage to the material, the receiving party must note any damages / shortage on the carrier's delivery receipt and promptly contact TXSPC (866) 459-9494 for further instructions. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS A DELIVERY TO BE REFUSED BY THE RECEIVING PARTY DUE TO POSSIBLE FREIGHT DAMAGE. In the even that TXSPC receives a refused shipment, the receiving party will be invoiced for the total freight charges. If the refused freight was drop shipped, the customer that placed the order will be invoiced.

Instructions For Returning Products

Please pack the product (s) into a shipping box (the original is preferred) with adequate packing material and tape securely. Write the RMAN issued by TXSPC clearly and in bold print on the outside of the chipping carton (minimum of 2 sides).

Any Merchandise retuned to TXSPC without a RMAN will be refused.
All Packages returned to TXSPC must be shipped freight prepaid.
Any package arriving at TXSPC freight collect will be refused.
We recommend UPS Ground Service "Insured.
